This user friendly App, For all the customers of Export-Import Bank of India situated worldwide, is built for the purpose of serving as a concise one stop reference for contact details of respective branch employees, such as official phone numbers and email id, fax numbers and group email id’s, residential addresses, etc. The App gives an office-wise listing of the employees, as well as the designation & department / group information. It also has the feature of touch-to-dial/mail, enabling the user to directly call or e-mail any contact in the directory. The App is well secured through a login portal with unique password making the information secure and safe. The Staff Directory App is a significant step by the Bank in implementing the digitalisation of various Bank’s publications and allowing ease of access to information to its customers. Every customer is provided with userid and password, when they open an account in the bank, the same can be used to login in the app. If the customer faces any issues regarding banking services or loans they can directly get contacts of nearest branch managers and can contact them.
This app also provides information about branch wise holidays of the bank, which helps them to know when the bank will remain closed.
